Some services provided by SweetHug AI require payment. For these services, we will automatically charge you periodically (e.g., monthly, quarterly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account payment settings on our website. Simply log in to your Account, navigate to Account Settings, then Premium Plan, and select Cancel Subscription.
Refunds are generally not provided for any fees already paid. In exceptional cases where there has been a failure in the service or a significant discrepancy from what was promised, you may contact our customer support team to request a refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests will be processed within 10 days from your subscription or renewal date.
Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. Refunds are not available for user errors, dissatisfaction with the AI results if they meet the described functionalities, or if you have violated our Terms of Service.

Please note that canceling your subscription will not result in a refund of any fees already paid. We do not provide refunds for the remaining period of your subscription or for any fees already charged, including but not limited to unused days, unused services, or early termination of the subscription.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment, Refund, and Fees policy at any time. Changes will be effective as of the date of the update. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
